2007年奖学金发放已结束,今年共发放奖学金 2473 人次.奖学金支出（以下皆人民币）4149640元. 手续费支出 41252元, 合计支出4190892元.其中:
初中生 628人 (427040元)
高中生 1617人 (3298680元)
大学生置装费 101人 (206040元)
大学奖学金 36人 (156000元)
欣欣学生 91人 (61880元)
奖学金通过三个渠道发放,05年以前的学生在育新邮局开户汇款,06和07年的学生在建内邮局开户汇款, 学生表中没有标明帐号(或丢失或消磁)的汇现金.
