首先，你必须注册成为“用户”。在右侧的工具栏中，点击 “Register” 链接，选择一个用户名和口令。 你还需要有一个email地址。
注册成为用户之后，你还不能立刻发表新文章，但是你可以对现有的文章加评论。如果要发表文章，请与发电子邮件给webmaster我们经过核准会授予您author或者editor的权限。一旦你有了这个权限，就可以发表新文章了。author可以发表并编辑自己发表的文章，editor可以发表和编辑任何一篇文章。

写新文章
当你登录之后，点击右侧的Site Admin链接，将会看到如下的页面（部分）
点击链接Write a post，您就可以开始写新文章了。写完之后，你可以选择Save或者Publish。 这两者的区别在于前者只保存并没有发表，你下次再登录，可以继续写。后者，就直接展现在web上了。作为作者，你可以修改自己写的文章，作为编辑，你可以修改任何一篇文章。

You can always register as a new user using the “Register” link on the right sidebar. You need to pick a user name, password and give us an email address to register.
After you registered, you will not automatically become an author. If you would like to contribute to the blog, please email webmaster so that we can grant “author/editor” permission to you. Once this is done, you can login and start to write posts on SOAR blog. Only SOAR officers and trusted users can be author/editor.
After login, click the Site Admin link and follow the Write a post link to write a new post.
